BALTEUS Guidance

Based on our long-time experience with the creation of projects and drawing Euro funds we would like to provide the acquired experiences and skills for arts and non-profitable sector and in this sense support the cultural and creative industry in Slovakia. Because we care about the current stance of such sector, we are curios and we cannot stand still. We are aware of the importance of this sector and that is why we provide active partnership in projects concerned with creation, education and networking.

Current projects: The educational project "Te (a) ch me", for which we have prepared together with foreign partners, is currently in the evaluation (ERASMUS +)

What is this project about ?

Based of identified shortcomings by project partners in the cultural and creative sector in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, we plan to create a platform for unique training programs tailored to a specific target group, with the intention of fulfilling the project objectives: - raise the level of basic literacy of professionals in the sector - create a continuous educational program – a platform for education in CCS - network and renew the infrastructure in CCS in Slovakia and the Czech Republic We plan to achieve this goal through the creation of unique training programs that will offer educational content in the form of educational materials on the topic of hard skills and soft skills. These materials will be the basis for the planned practical workshops. With these training programs we want to increase the professional readiness of established workers but also beginners working in the cultural and creative sector (modular structuring of programmes). We also want to transfer the necessary skills for smooth and professional presentation of intellectual creative activity in art and culture (ie. cultural events) and wish to align them with the practices that are a standard in the world. The aim is to improve the soft and hard skills of managers and technical staff at CCS in the Czech and Slovak Republics. We also plan to apply our own experience, proven procedures and new methods to the CCS in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic and to raise the quality of work in this sector to the European level.
