We design blended finance strategies that combine public funding with private capital to make innovation projects investment‑ready, bankable, and scalable. Our approach supports the full innovation‑to‑scaling pathway—from early structuring through pilot deployment and cross‑border growth—so financing logic strengthens the project.

We start with a structured analysis of your innovation or business case’s maturity, objectives, and funding fit. We map appropriate public instruments and complementary private capital pathways, then identify what must be strengthened (e.g., market logic, risk profile, implementation readiness) to improve bankability and investment readiness.

BALTEUS bring a direct access to a 10+ year network of innovation intermediaries (accelerators, clusters, hubs) in Slovakia. Through our access to regional innovation intermediaries and stakeholders in Slovakia, we help connect promising initiatives with partnerships and opportunities that support innovation‑to‑market pathways and scaling.
